1. Digital Millennium Copyright Act Compliance

3. Submitting a DMCA Notice

4. Counter-Notification Procedure
If you believe that content you posted was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us. Your counter-notification must include:
- Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district, or if outside the United States, to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Pakistan.
- Your physical or electronic signature.

5. Repeat Infringer Policy
PakistanBlogs maintains a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat copyright infringers. We reserve the right to remove any content alleged to be infringing at our sole discretion, without prior notice, and without liability to the user.
6. Original Content Commitment
PakistanBlogs is committed to publishing original, well-researched content. Our articles are written by human authors and contributors. We make every effort to:
- Cite sources appropriately when referencing external information
- Use properly licensed or original images
- Respond promptly to legitimate copyright concerns
- Remove infringing content within 24-48 hours of receiving a valid DMCA notice
